Institutional Birth
The Ministry of Home Affairs officially licensed the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA) — Decision No. 343/QĐ-BNV.

The Sole Voice of Industry
A period of unprecedented engagement with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), Ministry of Finance (MOF), and Ministry of Public Security (MPS).

Global Compliance Integration
The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 194/QĐ-TTg, a national mandate to exit the FATF "Grey List."

Elevation to National Strategy
The General Secretary signed Resolution No. 57, designating Blockchain as a National Strategic Technology.

The New Legal Reality
The National Assembly passed the Law on Digital Technology Industry (DTI).
